An excellent class for those who are beginners and new to yoga! Also great for anyone who would like to increase their confidence in the fundamentals of yoga and take time to explore the basic elements of the poses.

Heated Power Yoga

An energizing yet balancing vinyasa flow yoga class with progressive sequences of linking yoga postures (asanas) synchronized with the breath. Cultivates a strong core and maximum calorie burn...infused with inspiring music! This class represents a conscious evolution of Ashtanga Yoga and is one of our signature classes. Offered in a toasty warm studio...please bring a towel!

Pilates

INVIGORATING| FOCUS: CORE, STRENGTH, STAMINA

Pace: Medium to Fast

This class incorporates both classical and contemporary Pilates techniques. Deeply engages the mind/body connection and activates the "core" of the body with the breath. Very popular due to its rehabilitative benefits and ability to strengthen & tone the abs & back like nothing else!

Ashtanga Inspired Yoga Classes

INVIGORATING | FOCUS: EXPLORATION, BREATH, STAMINA

Pace: Medium to Fast

A challenging but fun class that draws from the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Suitable for all levels, this class is meant to push both your physical and emotional edges, at your own pace. There is always an element of play brought into the practice as we remember to breathe, to stay present and learn to trust in ourselves. The practice is about more than strengthening the body, but rather strengthening the mind.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Heated Forrest Inspired Yoga

This class is an intensely physical and internally focused practice that brings brightness and vitality to your core and your life. Students cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice by flowing through postures aimed at learning to breathe deeply, connect to core, work to your personal edge, and find freedom in your practice.

This unique class draws from the teachings of Ana Forrest and emphasizes the importance of carrying a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life.

Flow into Restorative

An elegant interplay of both fiery and cooling postures. The class begins with an energizing and challenging vinyasa practice aimed at cultivating heat and linking breath to movement. The class then gently flows into a restorative and meditative practice, centring and relaxing the breath, body and mind.

Gentle Restorative Yoga

CALMING | FOCUS: RELAXATION, BREATH, MEDITATION

Pace: Slow

A soft and meditative class dedicated to a gentle yoga practice. Centering the breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practising stillness or gentle movement with the use of props for a period of time.

Serenity Slow Flow Yoga

CALMING | FOCUS: MEDITATION, BREATH, RELAXATION

Pace: Slow

Serenity Slow Flow is a moving meditation into a deep whole-body opening, relaxation, as a flowing tantric-based approach to lunar energy of asana. Dive into a juicy, regenerative approach to a deep, slow vinyasa that gives you both an inner and outer workout but within a meditative environment.

Heated Yin Yoga

GROUNDING | FOCUS: FLEXIBILITY, INTROSPECTION, BREATH

Pace: Slow

Yin Yoga deeply relaxing and therapeutic. Facilitates supple muscles with specific passive postures that are held for longer periods to access our lunar, receptive side. This class is for anyone who wishes to stretch in a very deep way, restores balance & calm.

Flow into Restorative

Soul Flow Yoga

Find Balance in your in your day with our Soul Flow Yoga Class set to a smooth top 40 playlist.This class combines vinyasa flow to strengthen and engage the body and mind followed by yin and restorative poses to restore balance and calm. Arrive with the intention to explore both the yin and the yang of your practice through meditation, breath work, and asana.

Yoga Somatics

REJUVENATING | ALIGNMENT, BODY AWARENESS, MOBILITY

Pace: Slow to Medium

Stuck in your practice? This class provides a completely educational salve, and soothing balm to areas of your body that are feeling achy, tight, old, disgruntled, limited, and for those who feel that areas of their body have forsaken them.

Although these movements are slow and gentle, they are still very challenging and completely life changing. Be prepared for vibrant, actual bona fide shifts and epiphanies in your yoga practice, and the way you move in life.

Lunch Time Yoga

REJUVENATING | FOCUS: BREATH, FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH, MOBILITY

Pace: Slow to Medium

This 50 minute, mid-day class is a light feel good class aimed at energizing and recharging your day! The class flows through postures focused on stretching, strengthening and moving tight shoulders, backs and hips. It’s the perfect class to remedy hours of staying seated and working at a desk and will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated!

Yoga

Enjoy this hatha yoga class based on solid alignment principles incorporating a balanced approach some vinyasa flow style(smooth and fluid transitions), combined with pranayama (conscious breathing) for a strengthened yet relaxed state of being.

Prenatal Yoga

PREGNANCY| FOCUS: COMMUNITY BUILDING, MOBILITY, BREATH

A gentle class focusing on prevention of pregnancy discomfort, preparation for labour/birth and facilitation of reconditioning after birth. Therapeutic poses, integrated with ancient yogic breathing exercises (pranayama), offer a balance of strength and relaxation essential for birth, and for life.

Mom & Baby Yoga

POST NATAL | FOCUS: COMMUNITY BUILDING, STRENGTH, CORE

Pace: Slow to Medium

A Special Yoga class for new Moms with their babies. The focus is on Mom's postpartum reconditioning with a little gentle Yoga for Baby and especially a much-needed break from the routine with other new Moms. (for babies up to crawling age).
