Experiencing a separation of the 6 pack muscles leading to core instability? You're not alone, and there's a lot that can be done to earn back your core stability. In this workshop, we'll learn more about the causes of diastasis Recti, aka Mummy Tummy, and yoga postures, breath techniques and simple postural modifications that can help you earn back your core.

This workshop is appropriate for anyone who has experienced a loss of integrity of the abdominal wall due to pregnancy, weight gain, hernia and organ conditions resulting in swelling of the abdomen.
