This workshop will teach you ways to make time on your yoga mat your therapy! Explore corrective postures to help build a strong foundation, and explore ways to relieve and improve joint mechanics to relieve common complaints like low back/SI pain, hip tightness, neck stiffness/fatigue, headaches and foot pain.
