Intro to Ashtanga Yoga Course

Learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga practice in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. In this three week course students will learn Sun Salutations and the fundamental standing asanas (postures), breathing techniques, and philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga method.

Week 1: Students will break down Sun Salutations and the standing series

Week 2: Students will breakdown the jump through and seated postures

Week 3: Students will be lead through the half primary at pace.
