This comprehensive yoga teacher training focuses on Vinyasa Flow Yoga as the basis of teaching styles, but also prepares graduates to teach "Hatha" Yoga and Pre & Post Natal Yoga. "Vinyasa Flow" yoga is a creative, fluid style of yoga which allows for freedom of expression. 5 Elements Yoga Teacher Training draws it's philosophy and lineage from the teachings of Shiva Rea and Rod Stryker.
The course curriculum is carefully constructed to cultivate the graduates knowledge of self and the true meaning of yoga. Graduates of the program are eligible for a Yoga Alliance Certificate, and better understand the role and the techniques that yoga offers to support themselves and their students in living and thriving in a modern world.

3 Teacher Training Formats
1 Month Full-Time or 13 Weekends Part-Time
Explore your passion with a yoga teacher training format that fits your learning style and your lifestyle.
Summer Deep IMMERSION (1 Month Intensive)
This format explores the full curriculum in one month on a full-time basis. This facilitates a truly immersive and transformative experience over a conveniently short time period in the summer.
3 Month Part-Time Format (13 Weekends)
This part-time format, allows students to explore the course curriculum on 13 consecutive weekends. This allows students to assimilate course material into their practices and lives in between weekends.
6 Month Part-Time Format (13 Weekends)
This longer part-time format, allows students with busy schedules to explore their passion for yoga on 13 weekends spread out over 6 months. Students are given a longer time to carve out to absorb and apply the material in between training dates.
Regardless of format, we are committed to offering a full-spectrum experience and providing the highest quality instruction. Our Yoga Teacher Training has a proven track record of producing confident and high quality Yoga Teachers who are ready to teach upon graduation.
Training Fee: $2,600 +HST
Deposit: $500 +HST
*Optional 6 Month Unlimited Pass: $350 +HST
5 Elements Teacher Training School is Certified Private Educational Institute with the Government of Canada. We can provide students with T2202A certificates to claim education-related tax credits, such as the tuition tax credit. Students should check with their accountant or tax preparer for additional information.
+ Summer Immersion 2018 (1 Month Intensive)
Monday, July 09 - Friday, July 27, 2017 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Additional hours: Monday, July 16 & July 23 - 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 12 & 19 - 7:30-9 p.m. Saturday, July 14 & 21 - 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The final day of the training will end at 10 p.m.
+ 3 Month Weekend Format (Fall 2018)
Begins Early Sept. 2018 – Ends Mid November, 2018 Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm - Sun. 9:00am – 4:00pm
